At Lina Loves Two, every item is lovingly handmade in Los Angeles, California.
Because our products are handcrafted and often personalized, each piece is unique.
We want you to love your order, and we’re here to make things right if something arrives damaged or defective.
💕 Non-Returnable Handmade & Personalized Items
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our creations, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Exceptions apply only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email shop@linalovestwo.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos / videos showing the issue.
- Our customer-care team will review within 48 hours and confirm next steps.
- Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge — you won’t need to return the damaged item.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Handmade or personalized products (monogrammed, embroidered, name-engraved, or custom orders)
- Digital downloads (e.g., PNG files, sublimation art, printables) — absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges
- Sale or clearance items
🪡 Personalization & Chargebacks
Many of our handmade items require personalization details (e.g., name, initials, color, or thread preference). To ensure we can fulfill your order correctly:
- Please double-check that you provide personalization information at checkout or respond promptly to any follow-up email from us.
- If we contact you for missing details and receive no response within 7 days, your order may be delayed or produced using default options.
Because these items are custom-made, chargebacks or disputes will not be accepted on the basis of missing personalization information. If there’s an issue, please email shop@linalovestwo.com so we can resolve it quickly and fairly. We always prefer direct communication and will do everything possible to make things right.
🚚 Orders Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first.
- If still not located, email shop@linalovestwo.com for assistance.
Please note: if the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
As a solo entrepreneur, I personally package, ship, and track every order — once it’s handed to the carrier, any loss that shows as delivered is, unfortunately, beyond my control.
Please be kind and understanding 💛 — I’ll always do my best to help where I can.
If your tracking has stalled or shows no movement, I’ll happily help contact the courier to investigate.
⚙️ Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to stock issues, incorrect address, or shipping restrictions.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund or replacement has been approved:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit-card company — posting times vary.
- Contact your bank — some processing delays occur.
